ecution would not: put Joseph Hunter and Paul Le Roux on the stand. "You have heard that RX Limited was owned by Paul Calder Le Roux," Richman told the jury. "What the government neglected to mention to you is that Paul Calder Le Roux is a ruthless, vi- cious, international criminal. He is a murderer, a drug dealer, and a weapons smuggler. The U.S. government arrested Paul Le Roux in 2012. He is now in federal prison. He should be the one on trial here, but instead he cut a deal with the government to cooperate.
